Review on Jivox by Ryo Flora

The ability to connect with our customers in real time without having them leave their homes or offices makes this software very valuable from an ROI perspective as well as customer satisfaction standpoint! We have had no issues thus far using it but I'm sure there are some features that we haven't discovered yet which will be great enhancements once they're implemented into future versions of the product. Our team loves being able to interact directly with clients via video calls instead of just emailing back & forth. This has allowed us to build stronger relationships between ourselves and each client while also saving tons of paper documents by eliminating all need for hard copies of contracts/agreements etc.
