Finally bought a fridge with water and ice maker but the connection we thought worked turned out not to be connected to anything. This pumping system allows us to use our fridge until we decide to rip out the cabinets and wall to connect water to our fridge. With this pumping system, all we had to do was buy a 5 gallon water jug and that was it. With our fridge and this system, we can use water from a jug and have ice in the freezer all the time. Hooking it up was a little tricky at first as we were trying to figure out the position of the jug versus the water connections on our fridge. Aside from that, once it's done, just run it and you're done. The pipe is long enough to reach the bottom of the water jug so we get every last drop. The cap that goes out on the water takes a bit of a put on, but once on it goes nowhere.
