Review on Executive Strategy Group by Jon Garcia

I like how they have multiple ways of communicating with you throughout your coaching process so there is always something new coming at me! Sometimes it's hard to understand what exactly we're doing next but this makes things easier in my opinion because everything has been communicated clearly before hand. They are very good about keeping us updated as well too which helps keep our expectations realistic since sometimes I think people get carried away by all the buzzwords when working through an executive coach program. It can be expensive depending upon where you live or if you need more than one person per client. There isn't much benefit unless you really want someone looking over every detail of your life (but then again maybe thats why its called Executive Coaching). This would help make sure you aren't missing anything important while also ensuring nothing gets overlooked during those long days staring out into space thinking of ideas.
