They sewed the damn laces to the back of the shoe. Now in order to switch to the type of laces I prefer, I have to cut the original laces to fit the ones I like. I'll wait a bit before doing this, but it's not off to a good start. What's worse, they didn't even do the laces before sewing the laces to the back of the boot, so the laces on a foot are a whopping 6 inches longer on one side. I can do without comfortable shoes, but it annoys me a lot that when changing laces I can no longer use them as they should. Stupid move by the manufacturers. So far they've gotten 2 stars because they fit like they're supposed to, but are still very annoyed with the laces.
