The first tool set came with a tool handle that could not prevent the bit from falling out no matter how tight the lock nut was tightened. Using Revain's online return chat, a CS representative immediately processed a free replacement which arrived two days later. The tool handle on this new set worked great! Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the defective handle had missed the manufacturing step that should have cut slots in the bit's inner sleeve. Without these slots, the locking nut would not be able to compress the ring to catch the inserted bit. In the attached photo there are two handles next to each other. Hopefully it was a rare mistake by Kaisi QC that resulted in a defective item being included in the first set. Attention buyers! Inspect your kit as soon as you receive it in case you have a similar defect. I am now very happy with the complete Kaisi 139 in 1 electronics repair tool kit!
