I connected 1TB TEAMGROUP SSDs to my XBox One X and now to my PS4 Pro. I plugged it into an external enclosure via USB 3.1 and formatted it as extended storage, then moved my games from the internal drive to the external storage (SSD). I watched a video from Digital Foundry on YT testing an installed and connected USB 3.1 SSD and found that installing the SSD in an XBox or PS4 console only showed a difference in boot times of 1- 3 seconds and those extra 1-3 seconds are worthless. the trouble of disassembling, installing and reinstalling the operating system. These discs are amazing and really increase download speeds on consoles. In addition, these discs allow for faster loading of game content (textured objects) and provide full texture detail from long distances. It really improves the look of your games. You really won't regret upgrading your consoles with one of these discs, highly recommend. We also recommend watching the Digital Foundry video on YouTube to see the results for yourself.
