The idea behind it is great - the change from the bottom to the side freezer is driving me crazy, where should I put everything, although technically I have almost the same amount of space. Enter this hook on the basket. Must be amazing. But that's not the case. They are difficult to push out due to the many stops built into the side. And if you do that, if you don't pull it just right, it'll rip off one of the backings and the whole thing will fall off. So if it works properly I would love it. But that's not why I hate it. And there is no viable option for another product like this. A constant source of annoyance and every time I need to get something out of these baskets I have to fiddle with them for too long. I would throw them away but I need these items in a separate area so I put up with it.
