Don't buy folding grabbers.
The plastic middle part that folds is not strong and eventually breaks. The Plastic knob/locking dowel loosens and the grabber will fold in half and eventually breaks and is no longer usable. Spend the money on a strong solid arm, not one that collapses or folds.
- Bought for grandkids to pickup trash. They loved them.
- The arm is not very sturdy and tends to wobble when trying to grab items
