Only five runs but installation can be a little tricky hence four stars. However, the instructions were clear, detailed and complete, making the job much easier than I expected. I needed the following tools: crescent wrench, channel lock pliers, large screwdriver, hammer, 1/2", 3/8" deep socket and ratchet handle, 4 old towels. .3 old washcloths. Tips: Give yourself enough time to work. Work thoughtfully and carefully. The tank will break if dropped and can be awkward to handle. Wipe all water out of the tank before disconnecting. The bottom nuts on my toilet were recessed so I needed a deep socket. Check your toilet before you start. Lay out a work surface to protect the tank. Place the top on a soft surface (such as a rubber shower mat). If an existing appliance's nut is overtightened—my plumber doesn't know the meaning of finger tight—use a screwdriver and hammer to loosen it. Rotate the filler tube for a better fit.
