I like how this software can be used as a stand alone. It's not just for dispatchers. You can do everything in this program too. As I said, it's a little pricey but you really get what you pay for. I can't stress enough that if you are looking at an easy to use scheduling/dispatch solution that will fit your needs perfectly then This is it! My main problem with any dispatcher solutions is keeping track of all those different systems and making sure they work together correctly. With This Software there is no confusion. It integrates and works flawlessly. All my systems are connected through this system and it keeps all of them up to date. I can see when an employee has a sick day or holiday off. The best part about this software for us was that it integrated with our payroll system so we didn't have to create multiple systems just because of different departments in one business! It also allowed me see my employees schedule when I wasn’t there which gave them more autonomy but still kept track at all times without any issues. We were able to better manage schedules by giving each employee their own calendar instead of having an open-ended time slot where they would work whenever possible.
