It massages quite hard even on lower settings so it takes a little practice to use it properly. My friend has more back problems than me and seems to enjoy it more. At least compared to other products, the price is really good for what is on offer. I can't imagine $300 is even remotely better to justify the difference in price. This is my first percussion massager so I can't really compare it and don't know how well it will hold up over time as I've only had it a few months but so far my impressions are pretty good. Also, it was recommended to me, so that's two endorsements. I have yet to really use most of the attachments but I like the mic that looks on the end.
