The overall star rating is based on the current (Nov 27, 2019) non-discounted price ($54) along with my impressions for the working replacement electric screwdriver kit. The defective screwdriver info will be at the bottom. This review is for the JM-Y02 electric screwdriver. The Pros and Cons will be short as I found the top positive review Matthew Carrell and the top critical review Peon the Great was spot on with what I wanted to say. Note there are some older reviews for the manual screwdrivers that was listed on the same page so pay attention to that.Pros:- Adjustable torque settings- A caseCons:- Not enough common bits. Two slotted and one phillips bit, 1.5mm = #000. For the torque that this screwdriver can produce it can drive the larger phillips precision screws with ease.- Too many special bits. Some are so small I would not trust using an electric screwdriver even on the lowest torque settings.- Button placement. This gives for awkward grip of the screwdriver. For the non-discounted price of $54 at the time of this review I wouldn't had purchased this screwdriver. If this was in the $35 range I would consider it, but I would run into the problem where it lacks of the common bits. And if I didn't already have the bits I would be paying more to get a kit making the overall price higher. So here's the catch why I still bought it. I got this electric screwdriver when revain had a 20% off offer and an additional coupon stacked on top for bringing the price down to $15. With the discounts it was much easier to give this electric screwdriver a try for it's novelty.---------------------------------Info on the defective screwdriver---------------------------------The defective screwdriver came with a flat battery. Letting it charge up it met the advertised 800 mAH battery capacity. While waiting two days for the replacement I didn't touch the screwdriver and once I got my replacement I went to compare the screwdrivers and the first one was not turning as fast. It seems there's something causing a battery discharge while not in use.Forward (CW) button was no good. The plastic rocker button you press on would rub against up on the metal frame causing it to get stuck keeping the motor running until you press on the reverse end. The microswitch button itself was already no good. You could hear the switch make contact with something but the motor didn't spin until you pressed further down. If you ever had a bad left or right click mouse button, this is exactly the same. The spinning end was much more wobbly than the good replacement. And since it's something bent to make it wobble it seems even with a full charge the RPM is lower than the good replacement.
