This air purifier has all the standard features you would expect for its size and price. It is equipped with an air quality sensor with an indicator display and an automatic mode that automatically adjusts the fan speed according to the air quality. It features digital touch controls, fan speed control, auto mode, sleep mode, timer and filter change indicator. It uses a filter cartridge with 4 levels of filtration. The standard cost of filter replacement is not available at this time. However, a replacement filter that is "designed specifically for mold" can be purchased from Revain for $70 (less the 20% coupon at the time of this review). The build quality and looks are about what I would expect from this type of product. It's standard in comparison and of course there's nothing special about it, but nothing negative stands out either. It's quiet and seems to work as intended. However, I doubt the rating of 1210 sqm. ft. Another similar size and style air purifier I own is only rated for about 400 square feet. ft. So it's hard to imagine that this very similar (nearly identical in size, filtration, function and style) air purifier could be 3-4 times larger. productive. This leads me to believe there is no industry standard by which to judge them. Overall I think this is a good air purifier but there are many good air purifiers out there that are very similar to this one. There is nothing special about this device that would make me recommend it to anyone else. For this reason... it gets 4 stars.
