AMAZON lied about the product in the description!

According to the product description, the set contains 2 pendant balls. It is not! When I tried to settle it they said I couldn't return it. And if I needed balls, I would order them. What a bunch of BS. It wasn't my fault, it was the wrong description of the AMAZON product that caused this problem. Who wrote this description? Who read what was written? I'm stuck with something that suits my needs. I'm 76 and this is the first time I've felt like I've been taken advantage of.
