Good tools and equipment worth trying

In short, YMMV. Repairing dings/dents is not a quick or easy task. It takes a lot of time and effort to get professional results. If your only concern is that it "looks better than it was," then you'll probably like this set more than I do. This kit includes tools to pull the dent out from the outside and push it out from behind the panel. I have three small dents in different places on my truck ranging in size from a dime to a quarter. I used glue with tabs. After working on the dents for two hours I saw no improvement on small dents and very, very little improvement on large dents. The improvement was so small that it doesn't show up in my photos, so I decided not to include any photos. The problem I had was that the glue didn't stick to the tabs strongly enough (it stuck well to the paintwork/body). I haven't tried the tools to pry out the dents behind the panel. However, having worked with such tools before, I know they will work. The problem is that you need access to the back of the panel. This often means you have to parse some things to get that access. In some cases you will need to drill holes to gain access. This is probably more than what most people are willing to do. I'll probably pick up these tools one day, but I'll have to wait until the free weekend as it will probably take a few days to get everything ready.
