With treeline i get quick email notifications regarding new applicants within my circle that fit our search criteria which saves me so much time from having phone conversations or emails with each applicant myself! I dislike it when they keep adding companies as 'potential matches' however sometimes this could be useful for your specific needs but you can always block those if required through their website settings etc. Definitely worth utilizing!! It has made hiring alot easier now compared with previous recruitment platforms/methods in place at other jobsites where finding good staff was challenging since usually no one wants an interview without knowing someone already - hence all interviews were wasted effort by both sides (employer & job seeker). I like that it allows me to search for specific skills or keywords in an easy way with filters. It has given us better results than other platforms. The platform can be improved by adding more features such as video interviews, etc. We have been able to find qualified candidates faster and easier using this platform compared to others.
