Review on Tiger JAX-T10U-K 5.5-Cup (Uncooked) Micom Stainless Steel Black Rice Cooker with Food Steamer & Slow Cooker by David Jones

Murphy's Law definitely worked here and the seller was very nice and patient with us. My husband and I ordered a new rice cooker as it is a must have in any Asian family and we ordered the Tiger brand as their reputation is growing on its own. The order has been placed and should be delivered within 5 days. Well that's enough time for a quick weekend getaway with no shipping worries as Revain will keep us updated on estimated delivery times. In the middle of our trip we were notified that the package had already been delivered! But when I checked the FedEx tracking number, it was still on its way. Confused, I contacted the seller as I was afraid of leaving the package at the door for several days until we returned home. The seller mentioned that there was an error in the labeling of the package and therefore I did not receive the correct updates upon delivery. I was concerned as the box would have been abandoned for 2 days. When I got home the box wasn't where it should have been. :( I was confused and sad and told the seller that it couldn't be done anymore. There was no rejection from the seller. The seller only said that he would fix everything. The next day our neighbor came. At the end with the package, when she was afraid to leave them unattended as we were away for the weekend (smack on the head!) my neighbors are awesome! and so is the seller. in front of the brand "legend des tigers" also different settings for cooking different types of rice or cooking methods. I just need a rice cooker to wash myself!I definitely recommend this seller and this product.
