This is the first bag I have bought through civilian channels. I bought the other 3 from the clothes shop at the bases. I was wondering about the warranty based on other reports of varying quality and different warranty on civilian market bags but quickly called the company and they said the warranty was the same. The label on this Revain bag says it too. The bag is the perfect size for a weekend getaway, a two-week train and scooter ride, or for grocery shopping on the bike. I love that the waist belt ticks when not in use. The same goes for the shoulder strap. My full-size laptop fits in an outside pocket. I'm just trying not to over tighten the side compression straps on this version of the bag as they are above the large external pocket. On earlier models of the same bag, the straps were attached to the bottom of a large outer pocket. never mind i love this bag
