The small plastic retainer on the back of the lights that holds the spring to the light cannot hold the force of the spring when compressed to fit the glass. Some of the plastic brackets broke when installing the lights in the ceiling and some broke during installation. If it breaks after installation, the light moves to an offset position, off center to the can's opening, as only a spring holds it in place. Several springs came loose after installation in the ceiling and made a loud popping noise. It startled us until we realized it was lights refracting in the ceiling. Very weak design. I don't know how to get a refund, I've already recycled the packaging.
