My cats love to climb into my trash can by the sewing machine and dig up thread and small pieces of fabric to play with. You share it with the dog. Please don't let your pets play with it. Nothing has happened so far, but if one of them accidentally swallows something, they'll likely choke or worse. Also watch small children with it. Make sure you throw it in the trash where animals or children can't get. Happy sewing.
