The ability to segment customers into different groups is very helpful when we are using prospecting automation tools. Not many customer related filters that can be applied to segmentation so i prefer this over other similar software. Nothing much to dislike in terms of features but I wish they have provided some custom fields for certain segments which would make it faster and easier to create campaigns that suit all needs of my prospects/customers better.
