I like that it is very easy to use for both salespeople as well as non-sales people who need prospecting lists or client data in general. The interface could be improved by making things less cluttered (elements are too big). The ability to segment customers into different groups is very helpful when we are using prospecting automation tools. Not many customer related filters that can be applied to segmentation so i prefer this over other similar software. Nothing much to dislike in terms of features but I wish they have provided some custom fields for certain segments which would make it faster and easier to create campaigns that suit all needs of my prospects/customers better. It is very user friendly for beginners as well as advanced users who are looking to expand their prospecting abilities by using this software or service in general. The only thing about it which could be improved upon would have been better customization options within each module (module being individual lead types).
