My Poseidon X is more practical than I'd like and the down tube mounts are a little cumbersome to fit two sets of mounting bolts to the tube. This resulted in the lowest cage mount on the down tube being too low to allow room for mounting a bottle cage on the seat tube. I wanted to make my own stuff to move the cage's attachment points, but I stumbled upon it. A slot in the base of the seat tube to lower the cage mount, giving me more room on the top tube for larger bottles. Very very happy with the result.
