Review on 🌧️ TOUTACOO 100% Waterproof Bucket Rain Accessories - Ideal for Boys' Hats & Caps by David Roberts

I have a small head (21-1/2") and was hoping to find a similar rain cap for the car as I found an umbrella ineffective and cumbersome to get hold of find in/out of vehicles quickly. It looks like it has a flatter crown to compensate for the girth. Unfortunately, the crown is standard and the hat sits so low I can barely see anything. If I tilt the hat back tend to get a better view, i have to fold the brim to avoid chafing the back of my head, i only kept it because i use it so seldom and it keeps my head dry.
