This pack contains 48 (I counted) potential loops, a total of 4 colors and 2 sizes. There are 24 of each size and color: red, gold, silver and champagne (ie rose gold). There are instructions on the back of the packaging. Each one is just a long ribbon with strategic ties pulled through to form a loop. To collect these loops, you need to unfold the ribbon and pull both threads that are on the cut end. Sometimes arcs "stick" during assembly; But since I'm now a pro at it, I was able to assemble the bow without much difficulty. The end result is a neat bow with ties at the end to tie around the gift. The ribbons and colors are eye-catching for the holiday season, and the current price of $16.98 is a reasonable price at 0.35 cents per bow. The only thing I really don't like is that there are some white letters cut off at the ends of the streamers from what I assembled, which doesn't look good (see photo).
