So far I like the containers very much! They seem small at first, but to be honest I do stock them up and as soon as I make different combinations for my meals (e.g. they're full). I'm actually going to start eating only one vegetable for lunch so I can enjoy fruit for lunch as well, not just for afternoon tea. This helps me focus on getting more veggies and fruits and protein (I'm a vegetarian) and fewer carbs in my diet. I cooked Sunday night and filled all the containers with the right food, and in the morning when I go to work I just take what I need, easy! The only complaint is that it comes with four daily jars, it's just a shame there didn't come with five as I mainly use them for work lunches and snacks. As I've only just started using them time will tell if it will help me lose weight but I think so as I usually eat healthy as a vegetarian but my portion control and relationship was broken so am me optimistic!
