I like that it allows me to manage my own salary history, benefits information etc., without having an employee relationship with any other business out there in this regard! It is very useful for companies who do not have HR departments or those are small enough where they cannot offer all these different things as well; however if you want something fully outsourced then go ahead because we pay them money so why worry about anything else? If your just looking at management of employees' data (salary/benefits) then nothing really but overall great service when dealing online from anywhere around their website itself!! You can use everything here including taking payments via credit card which was new feature since last year i believe too.
