Great way tracking performance & compensation

The best part of using focalreview is that it helped me to be able to track my pay rate, which was very helpful when negotiating for raises or promotions. Also, I liked that you could create multiple profiles and assign them to different tasks or projects, so you can track your progress over time. Sometimes there would be an issue with the site, but usually the problem resolved itself after a while. It's difficult to keep track of all of my accomplishments in one place. Best tool out right now and worth its weight

This software is great because it’s very user friendly, quick to learn with no training required! It also has an amazing customer support team that always responds quickly when we have questions or issues in our account!! We are able fix any issue within minutes of submitting ticket through their help center. I love how simple this program makes creating complex formulas for pay plans super fast without having multiple spreadsheets open all at once which can be confusing if you aren't…

Great way and site using software mainly used by large businesses

I like that it allows me to manage my own salary history, benefits information etc., without having an employee relationship with any other business out there in this regard! It is very useful for companies who do not have HR departments or those are small enough where they cannot offer all these different things as well; however if you want something fully outsourced then go ahead because we pay them money so why worry about anything else?
