Actually, I use this monitor for gaming. I have another monitor that I use for high refresh rate gaming, but mostly this is the one I use. It's very responsive. Colors have good saturation. Image quality is pin sharp and can be easily adjusted to be sharper or softer. The pixel density is pretty good. The menu buttons are very easy to use. The built-in speakers are actually quite good quality, with somewhat soft sound and no tearing at maximum volume. Also, they're rear mounted, so your experience will be very different depending on whether you have something in the back or not. Monitor. Sometimes I see a slight ghosting effect while gaming or scrolling. I wanted to point that out here because the halo annoys me slightly. But that doesn't bother me at all because it's so fast and subtle that you hardly see it. This only happens around contrasting colors, ie a dark silhouette of a skyscraper against a white sky gives a quick brush stroke when the camera is rotated. But again, almost imperceptibly, ever.
