Review on 🧀 Red Manual Rotary Cheese Slicer Parmesan Cheese Grater for Food Vegetable Potato Carrot Nuts Grinding with Cleaning Brush by Raj Mazzabufi

I received this grater on May 4th 2020. Used 3 or 4 times before encountering a problem. I finely grated carrots and raw beets. Arrived great. Then I had the bad idea of grating parmesan. The drum collapsed and fell into disrepair. Then I thought that you can buy a replacement. Well, it's not that easy. I have sent two messages to the company but have not received a replay. They say that this is a young company. Maybe they all went dancing. 05/30/2020 - I posted my first comments shortly after, they answered my question. All I wanted was to buy a replacement for my damaged fine grinder. However, they went one step further and offered me a brand new set for free. I received it today. Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will work fine. I'm particularly careful with parmesan. The important thing about mistakes is not that you make them, but that you acknowledge them and react to them appropriately. They did, which is why I gave them another star.
