Review on 🧹 Baban Microfiber Duster with Extension Pole - Versatile Cleaning Tool for High Ceilings, Keyboards, and Furniture by Kristi Green

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The main brush broke the first time I used it! AND ALSO.

. I bought these because I needed a variety of brushes for different applications and because they are interchangeable with the adjustable extension. The aluminum rod seems pretty strong and fairly easy to work with, but the plastic bases/brush attachments are pretty brittle and I immediately found that the pliable metal rod breaks easily! The day after I received this I put it on the fan and ceiling cleaning extension along with the large main brush - and after a few strokes THE BRUSH broke (*see photo)! The bendable metal rod broke, completely detached from the plastic handle/nozzle! Luckily for me, my roommate took it to work and fixed it, so I used it sparingly to clean some ceilings and walls. BUT now it's not for nothing that I worry about adjustments and bend either large or flat brushes! I bent the flat brush by tilting it to better clean the ceiling fans and the ceiling itself AND I WILL NOT bend it again for fear it will also break like the big brush we fixed. That's pretty ridiculous because you should be able to adjust them as needed for different cleaning needs (but don't kink or bend too often). I paid $25 for this set and similar sets can be over $50 which is overpriced for these obviously cheap brushes, one of which broke on first use! I don't think I would recommend this or that type of kit unless you can find a cheap one and/or know how to really beef up and/or fix the faulty twisted length of metal in the brushes. :( If you use them very sparingly now, they probably won't last long. *UPDATE July/August 21: Seller emailed me four times, first $10 credit, then $20 and $30 gift cards- Dollars to remove this review. ! I find this highly indecent and unethical and I will NOT take bribes! :(
