The device has a solid look and a beautiful design. Bluos app is beautifully designed and conveniently shows your entire library and playlist. I had a TV connected via an optical port and it worked flawlessly. The gain is very good and the speakers seem to handle it well. So why only 2 stars? The device paused the music midway through the songs, whether it's via Windows, IOS or the WIFI radio, although the app showed great WIFI connection. Second, the sound isn't of audiophile quality, as many reviews suggest. This is fine for background music at parties, but not for serious listening. Also, don't expect to plug your iPad into USB and expect it to play when you want to bypass WiFi. It will not. Similarly, I did not test on my player as I have already decided to return it. I tried to contact support but they didn't answer for a long time. It just had to keep going. I'm just going back to high-end wired devices.
