I had 3. I usually wear a size 10 from another brand. Nike, Saucony, NB, Reebok etc. When I picked up my 3's the 9.5 fit me better if it was a bit tight but the 10 was way too big. Another note to note is the butterfly heel clip on 19's, to me it "snaps in" or clamps the heel a little tighter than what I imagine a one-piece heel clip on 3's to be. I'm not sure if it will soften or relax over time, but that's not a determining factor for me. In any case, depending on the intended use, it can be beneficial. But for this shoe, this purchase from this seller on Revain. This is GO!
