These were on my wish list and I was delighted to receive them. I'm new to watercolor painting but I find Japanese/Gansai to be my favorite type of watercolor paint. Kuretake is a good brand (MozArt is another favorite brand of mine). There are only 2 color repeats in this stack of 3 sets (my photo shows all colors with no repeat. They are equally beautiful in both light fill and opaque color. Also great for detail and highlights. The panels are huge. I find that easy to use with both water brushes and regular brushes the lighter the wash the more intense the shimmer they wet very well
