I was looking for something to help with severe heel pain until an upcoming surgery, and came across this product. I wear crocs with another kind of insert in them, and found that using on top just made it pop right out of the back of the shoe. The only way I could get it to work was to put it on my heel, wear a sock over it to keep it in place, and then slip the croc on carefully. It felt really good for a short time, but just couldn't get enough relief to be on my foot long enough. Just had the surgery done, but considering trying again when I heal up and can put weight on it again.
