I am using this platform since 2014 till now without any issues (apart from minor bugs)and so far no complaints as well! It makes applying an electronic form of Consulate's office very simple through its smart automation process alongwith smooth UI design that gives one complete ease when dealing it in comparison if done manually or by traditional methods like faxing/emailing etc.; As soon has made my life easy at time being; there is nothing much i dislike about their services provided but yes they can improve upon couple features such are customization options while creating new records /forms ; would also love them integrating payment gateways rather than asking every user who registers themselves here each month via subscription model :-P! Highly recommended even though not perfect yet still great comparedto other competitors outthere especially considering all benefits offered including saving significant amount of money spent going around embassies offices.
