I started out baking bread and quickly found storage was a problem. Traditional food storage bags just won't fit inside a loaf of bread unless the ends are cut off. I was disappointed with this and decided to order bread bags. You have done a great job. I was able to put all the bread in the bag after it had cooled after cooking. The pockets are long enough to close well. They seem to be a bit thicker than grocery storage bags, so I can probably use the bag a few times before throwing it away. They also make great banana bread gifts because they fit well, close securely and I can easily attach the ribbon and gift tag to them.
