Adult rocking stool, durable and high quality
This rocking stool has an adjustable height, a heavy base for stability, a strong metal/steel center post for durability, and a comfortable, well-made, padded seat. I was impressed. This is the same type of chair used in schools and facilities for children to stay active and allow their body's stabilizing muscles to stay active. I like it. You must keep your feet on the ground for safety reasons. I'm happy.
