Chocolate Supplement. This is a scoop with 12-16 oz of water. It has a rich chocolate flavor. I decided to add a banana and some strawberries. And I love adding ice. I think it makes it a little richer and easier to swallow. I'm not sure if it tastes bad, but it doesn't matter what kind of additive it is. You get 135 calories per scoop. Now remember, whatever you add, you will get those calories. It's completely organic. They have ingredients like pea protein, rice protein, cocoa powder, sweet stevia, lots of things I'm not even trying to pronounce here. But everything is plant based. It's a plant-based protein and tastes really fantastic. And of course, remember that this is a supplement. There are 21 servings in this tub. So if you do it the way you're supposed to, you'll get out of this bath in 21 days.
