I attached the suspenders to my 3" Oxy tool belt with no adjustments when I first received it and it fits me perfectly (5ft 10". , 265 pounds). ) Please note that the ends of the front strap only need to be extended an inch or two. I experimented with loosening and tightening the strap to establish my comfort zone. The orthoses distribute the weight very evenly between my shoulders and hips, relieving my aching back. Raising my arms above my head, I didn't feel any extra pressure or any discomfort from the straps or pillow on my shoulders. I'm not in the trade, but I understand why the Occidental is so popular with hard-working professionals who need functional and reliable equipment to make a living.
