I purchased Galaxy Buds, and after two to three months the right earphone's loudness dropped to 5% of the left one (according to subjective sensations). I returned to the shop where I had purchased it, and a fresh pair had been installed. Three months later, the issue returned. I went back to the store and was given a fresh set of shoes. When the issue returned after 4 months, I was unable to visit the store because it was April and there was a quarantine. Purchased Samsung Buds Plus because I needed headphones. I brought the headphones to the store after they had been placed in quarantine, where I was told that Samsung had prohibited the store from conducting independent diagnostics and that the headphones had been taken to a servicing facility. The response was given after two weeks: the earpiece is unclean and the case is not guaranteed. To hell with him, there are new headphones, I thought. And the Galaxy Buds Plus experienced this issue. I made the decision to get in touch with Samsung personally to request a refund because the headphones are obviously not working properly and are of poor quality because the issue keeps happening. I approached Natalia, the manager of customer service. After some discussion, we decided that I should send the headphones to a service center for evaluation. Depending on the results, we would then make a decision. The repair facility offered to clean the earpiece for 2,000 but claimed that the casing was not warranted and contained contamination. When I turned to Natalia, she, to put it gently, sent me away and showed no interest whatsoever in finding a solution, claiming that nothing could be done because the situation was not guaranteed. It turns out that I spent 10,000 on headphones that won't last even a year. The corporation sends me without trying to find a fix for the issue. If this were the only issue, everything would be OK, but it keeps happening. Avoid Samsung devices if you value your time and want to ensure that you will be assisted in solving your concerns.
