It's been almost 2 months since istarted using this Poetic phone case.The positive:solid/durable hand feel.Fits the Stylo 4 perfectly.The power button and volume buttonswork perfectly, even though they havesuch a thick/durable buttom protector.I feel Poetic nailed thatparticular feature - perfectly.The negative:The clear plastic screen protector collectsfine dust/animal hairs underneath it fartoo easily.It's a genuine task/frustration having toremove the clear phone screen protecterto remove what has collected under it.Removing the screen protector componentis really - annoying. You must be VERY carefulnot to break the clear plastic when removingit to clean the reverse of the clear plasticscreen protector.It fits very TIGHTLY,Which you would think would preventfine dust/animal hairs from gettingunderneath it - but it does not.What it does do, is make it VERY DIFFICULTto remove the clear screen protector fromthe case to clean it.The flexible outer tabs that protect thecharger chord and headphone jack areAWFUL.I ended up having to carefully cut a smallincision with an X-acto knife at the base ofthe flexible tabs to prevent the stiff tabs from putting pressure on the charger chord when it's plugged in.If i hadn't done that,the charger chord's port base would havebeen pushed upwards, resulting in an offsetcharger port.If i hadn't experienced these issues,this Poetic phone case would be justabout perfect.I like it. But i can't say i love it.
