I like how easy it was to setup, but there are some features missing such as an option for auto-approval of benefits changes or payroll tax withholding amount updates without having someone approve them first (or at least notify me).
Also would be nice if they had more options when adding new plans/employees so we can see what other plan types our clients offer instead of just one choice which isn't always ideal given certain circumstances in their business model / structure etc..
