If you’ve shopped at all for these pull down spring faucets you know they can easily climb up to the $500-$600 range. So it seemed pretty risky to buy one for under $100, but I can tell you this one did not disappoint! It’s a very solid feeling unit with some plastic parts, but the body is a very heavy, durable feeling metal.The threaded base that goes down through the counter top is a little shorter than my last one so I had to drill the bottom of the counter top out a bit to allow the nut to thread on. The two water supply lines (that are unfortunately not labeled hot and cold) that you screw the braided lines onto (braided lines are included with the unit) are a bit short, but not a deal breaker at all. Please note that this unit did not say it came with the base plate, but it was included (kind of a bummer since I bought one separately thinking it wasn’t included).Overall, they could spend a few more dollars to make this a bit easier to install, but once installed, this is one of the best values I’ve ever found. Super happy with this purchase!
