This is an excellent program to implement in any organization that wants their reps/customers experience being able to speak with someone who's knowledgeable about what they're selling! The online portal allows for easy access from anywhere which makes accountability easier too.
There isn't much I dislike at this point as everything seems very organized & well thought-out by SAG staff members!! Just be prepared w/ some time (weeks) ahead so everyone knows exactly when there will b training sessions during different times throughout our day - but not just 1 hour before we leave work. That would make things more difficult because then people wouldn't know how long until next session starts etc.. Overall great product overall though!! Great software platform where customers feel comfortable speaking up without feeling like "what do i say?" And also having customer service representatives available 24x7 helps alleviate those concerns.
