TERRIBLE. It was a nightmare even though they advertised it as 'easy to set up'. a small window and small letters that say "Sleep or Deep Sleep" and arrows. There are no clear instructions and no clear message box that tells you what the problem is. I've tried restarting my computer and tried many different wifi devices (ipad, kindle, macbook and my samsung phone) and if it just printed from at least one of them I would save it. I would turn it off, try a restart, and the only thing it ever printed out was the alphabet and obscure instructions. If you want to spend HOURS and HOURS making it work then THIS machine is for you. ! If you're tech-savvy and know a lot of your network letters, or can easily get in touch with a cable company (which also takes hours and hours), then THIS device is for you. In the 21st century there is no reason why all Wii-Fi devices can work. easy to sync with the printer. In the 21st century, a company COULD provide you with a window and 800 number to help you get set up. I will never buy a Brother product again, that's for sure. Thank goodness I was able to return!
