You need drivers from Fenvi website for Windows 10 (I don't have a CD drive so I downloaded it), while Microsoft has gotten exceptional in that almost all hardware works without you having to install drivers yourself, it's a unique card and that's why you'll probably buy it . Also, Microsoft cannot automatically install drivers if the hardware is new and not yet integrated. So download the Windows 10 drivers and they will work as soon as you install the drivers (or use the CD that comes with it, I always download the latest version). macOS, was automatic as the post said, I've been following it too, and why I bought it "just like you". The card worked with excellent signal reception even without the antennas connected. The connection is fast and flawless.
