Not a good experience
I bought this shredder and was not very happy with the jammed paper. I tried turning the paper over, turning off the shredder, unplugging and trying to pull the paper out between them, nothing worked. I called support and they told me to put some oil on the blades, let it sit for 20 minutes and then try to push the jammed paper through with a piece of cardboard or a butter knife. The blades didn't come out, the only part of the shredder that worked was the credit card shredding part. I ended up just having to throw it away after only using it 3 times.
