First for my rating. The screen is excellent. It looks elegant, the image quality is top-notch, and gaming is smooth. Every review you see about it on YouTube is correct. No screen problem. My only issue is that the monitor did not come with a power adapter or display cable as advertised and I must mention that it was tested by Amazon. Now the most interesting. Revain only offers refunds or replacements. I would definitely agree with that, but in my current position it is not acceptable. You would think that when tested and submitted it would probably contain the most important part to make it work properly? nope Customer service also stated that I have to wait for the delivery time to be updated even though I received it before they can offer any assistance. offered to help me and then realized they couldn't (didn't want to) due to a delivery issue. Which is literally not a problem. So instead of helping the possessed of me. Not once, but several times. I'm just saying you know what you're buying. The simple answer is can you return it and get a refund for what you ordered.
