I've been installing this on my 2015 Kia Optima for about a month. I have to say it works and I love it. There are a few accidents, it shakes a bit on bumpy roads, and depending on how slippery your phone case is, sometimes my phone shakes at an angle and I have to straighten it. Installation was fairly easy, although I felt like I might break something inserting the large rubber center piece into the CD slot. Since I have a Bluetooth radio, I don't need a CD player. When I first installed it I didn't put it all the way in so it was a bit wonky. I pulled it out and tried again, this time pushing it deeper into the device. I like that the phone is mounted on magnets and the magnet is in the mount, not in the phone. I attached one of the sticky metal plates to the back of the phone and under the case. I then added one more just in case as my case is quite thick. Although my wife's case is thicker than mine and she only used the 1 leftover piece of metal that came with it (there were 3 in total) and holds her phone great. It's easy and gets the job done, it doesn't have those pesky adjustment screws hanging down like other models.
